2026 Auction Informational Meeting

The planning has already begun for our 2026 Auction, Tualatin Elementary’s largest fundraiser and best party of the year! In order to make the event a success, we need a strong group of volunteers.
Join us at our first informational meeting on Sunday, October 19th from 3:30pm - 4:30pm. Learn more about how you can volunteer to help with the planning process as well as onsite at the event.

Please join us for our monthly PTA Meetings! You do not have to be a PTA Member to attend, everyone is welcome! Most of our meetings are virtual via Google Meet, with two in-person meetings per school year. Meetings are a great way to stay up to date on the latest volunteer opportunities, upcoming events and to learn more about becoming a PTA Member. We hope to see you on future meeting!

Trunk-or-Treat
Join us for a SPOOKTACULAR evening of family fun at our FREE Trunk or Treat event!
Wednesday, October 22nd from 5-7pm in the Tualatin Elementary rear parking lot.
The school’s rear parking lot will transform into a FRIGHTFULLY cute “neighborhood” where everyone can visit each of the decorated vehicle trunks for candy and other goodies! Costumes are encouraged! We will also have a coffee and hot cocoa truck onsite. This is an outdoor event and will happen rain or shine.

Candy Donations
Help make the Trunk or Treat event a success and donate a bag of candy! All candy donations can be dropped off in the front office.
Enjoy dinner out and support your school! Each month we partner with a local restaurant and host a fundraiser. Participating restaurants will donate back a percentage of their sales to the Tualatin Elementary PTA. Stay tuned for future restaurant nights to be announced soon! We also partner with various businesses throughout the school year who will donate a percentage of their sales to our school.
